At the Federal level, Stop Carbon Capture Alliance (SCCA) Petition. Please sign our petition telling Congress that the permitting reform bill would make us less safe. It would:

• Weaken states’ authority to protect their waterways from pipelines.
• Impose arbitrary deadlines on permitting decisions.
• Limit the ability of states and affected communities to challenge permits in court.
• Make it harder for future administrations to reverse permit decisions
